Jurassic world director Colin Trevorrow teams up with Charmaine DeGraté, a writer and co-executive producer of HBO’s House of the Dragonto take a trip to Atlantis for Skydance.
Skydance has signed a deal with Trevorrow to direct and produce a title Atlantiswith DeGraté on board to write the screenplay.
Trevorrow will produce for Skydance along with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger through his Metronome Film Company.
Atlantis was previously in development at Universal, with Trevorrow directing and developing. The previous version of the script, developed by Universal, was written by Dante Harper, who in 2017 worked on Alien: Covenant.
